Hi,
I usually get my Protein etc from either Discountsupplements.ie or FitnessIreland .ie.
They are quite competitive on price and should have whatever you need. I've used them lots of times without any problems.
Just compare prices for what you want first as sometimes they have special offers.
Good luck with your fitness plans.
I find Discount Supplements & UN Sports Nutrition to be the best websites for supplements.
Good luck with the work outs
EDIT: Klittyliker just beat me to it!

** would be nice if more people started threads , on a variety of subjects ;
we might have a breadth of meaningful , worthwhile topics then.
All the best with the workout regime ; when I hit the gym I take to egg white omelettes , boiled egg whites , etc.
Plus tuna , plus veal , etc. Creatine used to be my friend a long while back. Get 'em tiger !
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.
skip to 3.40 , I know hun just messing around haha ,yeah I have took advice from so many guys all different so its a bit heading wrecking but I have been working out awhile but progress has stopped the last few weeks so just looking for the sweet spot really, boxing has really helped with the toning though ,I usually eat a chicken breast and rice an hour or so later pre-workout ,little red bull watch a good youtube video and i'm ready to roll a sexy girl in the gym for a testostorone boost even better

Don't despair . If you keep working it , you will work through your plateau . No need to get fancy , just keep at it.
It happens to everyone : losing weight , building muscle , toning , you go through spurts and slows -- inevitably.
Most people get discouraged and give up. Others get fancy and desperate. No need.
Just keep working out to your pleasure , and the gains will come. You don't want quick results , those'd be fading.
Keep it steady , and eat well : protein and veg ; some fruit.
No carbs (unless do a quick pasta before a strenuous workout. But I wouldn't) .
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.
