I'd like to see Cuba before McDonalds & co make a bollix of it. There was some good technical information in that article (stuff about registration etc) and the racial class system didn't really surprise me, but he lost me at the word "meat".

Yep, some useful information alright. The meat reference was dreadful, Yo hablo espaņol so that's an advantage I suppose.
