Escorting as a career choice is an interesting one- most women in the general population are anti escorts and think of them as carriers of STDs etc- many men think this way also .
We all here consider ourselves more aware of the lives of escorts ( through our limited interaction with them)
However we post our support here but if we are out in a pub or at dinner with other females or couples how many of us support escorts when the subject arises- I wonder - I myself will not denounce them in any way but I can't see myself extolling their virtues without revealing my hidden life.
After all that all I am saying is that it is difficult to take on the job as there is a certain stigma attached- this may have reduced in recent years but it is still there!
Better than being a Solicitor or Life Coach????
Maybe...?
That a good point - lots of professions have stigmas these days- politicians, the church to mention two!
That isn't true and you know it. Kaz I've worked most of my life in 'other jobs' and well qualified too. I have never had a job that totally absorbs every aspect of your life before and it is absolutely draining. Even with all that there is no guarantee of a good wage at the end of it, as other Escorts bring down their prices lower and lower and the competition in numbers gets greater and greater.
There are many jobs that pay equally well and better, but no one begrudges them their wage. Why is that do you think?
If you call out an electrician, a plumber or you need a lawyer you will get stung. Even getting locks changed can cost a fortune if it's the Weekend or at night. People in other professions make damn good money and yet you come on here and complain that Escorts earn too much. I wonder, would your life be richer if it was not for Escorts? Did you not benefit from the service provided. Why do you book long bookings if you resent the cost?
Maybe also read my blog about Sophie's story. She is real, someone I know and she was not earning 'easily' and couldn't afford a taxi to go meet Ruhama for help.
What about the girls that have been assaulted, or had so many time wasters, they feel beaten and unable to pick up the phone any more? Where is this money coming from if it is so 'easy'?
Stop talking about things you haven't considered through and listen for a change instead of making assumptions.
