Most odd extra charged by an escort?

Was reading these post to this thread and its pisses me off when I hear some of the things some of you guys say about their disappointment with a particular advertiser here and then just tar us all with the same brush when in fact many of us girls are genuine with genuine photos and offer the service we say we do. But then again what do you expect if you are only paying half the price us genuine girl state but then to be charged by the service which of course can be for many so much more than those who charge for their time only.
But saying that if the girl is charging less than others each other do service you wish and is not getting the extra payment for her time and some ask her for a cigarette, etc and she is seeing 20 clients a day then in only 5 days she is having to do one client every week to pay what little money she is earning for giving her cigarettes etc away. But the charge of being let out the door because of false advertising why not if one knows it’s not the girl in the photo yet you still walked in the door knowing so, so it’s her time you are wasting!

Once a client told me he visited a girl who wasn't the girl on the photos, and he wanted to leave. She said no problem 50€ exit fee.
