Once I charged extra to wear my pink tight dress , to which the guy wanna it me to keep it on during the all appointment ,I said to him I could do if he was willing to pay extra to which he did , he was generous enough to give me 100 on top his 1h visit.

To which turned out to very interested .

Besides that ,don't recall charging extra for anything else....
