The government are planning to ban the purchasing of sex -
That will "make a statement" and magically solve the Prostitution Problem.
The government are (at the "consultation" stage of) planning to ban the private ownership of firearms -
That will "make a statement" and magically solve the Crime Problem.
So why don't they ban leaks from water pipes?
That will shut everyone up and magically solve the Irish Water Problem.
Simple.
