I agree with most of that but in the case and lady I'm talking about, we never actually met. I got to where she told me to go to, I rang she told me to go somewhere I couldn't find. Lot of people about so thought better to text to find exactly where to go to. No response so after 20 mins, I text her to say I was cancelling and by this time it was too late for me to arrange another option.
This is where the N/A is needed, as you can't give a negative to someone you never met as that gives the impression that the lady is bad, when she could be a nice person, just a bit ignorant when it comes to directions or answering calls/texts.
