Yeah it probably will, but ive had well established ladies recommend a friend on the odd occasion too if they weren't around themselves........don't rule it out that a new lady who is aquainted with an established one wouldn't ever be recommended.
Anyway ,to be honest parts of the thinking behind the new law are to be commended.
Look at other sites such as ( Cant mention them I suppose) ,who have page after page of Asian masseurs for example....Dublin doesn't need this many "masseurs" so the fact they are 90% Asian leads me to believe that these are in the main the victims of trafficking that TORL rant on about. This is where the Garda activity will focus, and TBH I think that's fair enough.
The ladies here (well the ones on the forums anyway) aren't victims of anything except the odd abusive arsehole behind a keyboard.........and they are smart enough to adapt if we stand by them.

The way I read it, it looks like a fine, up to 500 first time. So basically like a parking ticket. In terms of criminalization.
The thing is, it's much like when the penalty points came out for speeding, and everyone started driving like their grand-parents for a few months till they realised that the Gardai didn't grow in force by any amount whatsoever, and there was effectively no additional consequences. Years on, and has speeding stopped?
I think once this gets passed, it will require a little more consideration, but then I am already pretty choosy about who I choose to see, and so I think that if I choose to stop visiting escorts in the future, it will not be because of this bill.
In the end its very difficult to police. Especially if the lady is based from a busy apartment block.

you guys have got it all wrong it has nothing to do with whether the girl you visit is 'old' or 'new'...it has nothing to do with the girls at all....the only thing that might change is the nature of the advertising...in reality the police/gardai don't care about sex for money/money for sex unless there it also entails something more sinister like enslavement, forced into it, pimping etc..I agree that prosecuting the men who pay for sex is a nonsense but don't get why you think it's any advantage being on the game already....a girl can still advertise naked if she wants providing she's only advertising companionship and the gardai don't have the resources or the inclination to pursue the whole thing..what tap into everyone's mobile phone etc?? nah..
