Ah that's sad. I know how it feels once i had to leave a dog in an other continent. Was very hard times for both of us. If you need a good cry i can recommend Odd life of Timothy Green. Beautiful movie. xx

Yes it's good to have a cry. I read a book "Tuesdays With Morrie" still on sale. This is one amazing book and he goes trough your Emootions and it's good to cry and understand your Emotions and get on with your day.

Nothing wrong with anyone crying including men too but if its none stop for either a girls or a guy its not good. but understand some do so for depression.
