Don't know why punters would even ask !!! I mean its not exactly gonna get the appointment off to a good start, especially from the girls perspective is it? In my experience, I have only made appointments with girls that have clearly detailed prices so both parties know where they stand from the start.
Just wonderin, is the problem with the girls that have clearly defined prices on their profiles or the profiles which invite punters to "Ask" ?? Perhaps this could be the reason as to why they then feel as though they are in a negotiation !
