Question Charging for time, not services

As it will be up to you the client to prove you” the client” are visiting the girl/guy/TV/TS/TG for whatever reason you say and are not in fact there for the payment of any sex acts if you were to be caught:

With the new law which could make it illegal today for guys/girls to buy sex or any sexual act, so my question is when girls advertise in the forum or on their profiles things such as Fu*k my Ass and Hot Wet Pussy, CIM, OWO Drain Me Dry, come over my tits etc. Will it make a difference to you if a girls is adverting sex or sexual services for sale when you now make a booking?

And if a girl/guy/TV/TS/TG changes her way of advertising and makes it more of a discreet advert but still has left a paper trail offering sex acts for sale previously, is it going to make a difference to who you book or will you just keep to your regulars?

Personally as many know I am extremely careful in all advertising I do or don’t do and make it clear anyone visiting me is paying for my time not sex or any sex act here or anywhere else for all and everyone to see (because what happens when I/some others meet clients or friends in all walks of my/there life’s, it is in fact between two consenting adults not some stranger on the internet, at the other end of a phone call or Government officials who also may be watching or chatting too and what I/some may or may not be getting up to in any part of my life’s).
So my next question is, will it make a difference to you guys when booking girls who leave no paper trail or put up such adverts selling sex or will you be more inclined to visiting us discreet girls, keep to those you have met or dose it not matter?

And my last question is when these laws change will it affect if the girl/guys are showing their face in their profile when advertising whether you make a booking with her or not?

I would guess that once a judge had been given proof that you visited an advertising escort, whether you did or didn't do anything, then you are going to get punished. This won't change unless someone takes a landmark case which makes the Garda prove that you paid for sex.

If the escort advertises massage services and actually DOES perform those services then ,very very hard to prove otherwise.

Tbh,the right thing to do is visit the massage service provider, give her a handheld video recorder and position it where the the genuine massage service can be recorded in full , including putting back on your clothes .If you do want a 'quickie' at the end ,then turn off the machine and work away for the extra. Hold the video footage as evidence of your non-sexual encounter in case , youre met by a guard.

For the police to be able to arrest one then charge a person, first they have to have your name to do so and if a guy keeps quite and has no ID on him, how can they arrest a client, so keep your wallets at home guys and just bring what is needed and park your car a good bit away from who you are going to visit. Loll

Also when they do bring in these new law, wait and see if they do what England did in the new fetish law, as it will not be the red tape a person will have to worry about but in fact the way the law is written with many loop holes so these loop holes maybe used in many ways and in many different situation to get the conviction. When they want to get you, they will if the first thing you do is give them you name.

    Have a good day

Neither the Guards nor the DPP will take on someone rich enough to hire in big legal guns. Someone prepared to stand up in court and say "prove it". Not for these offences anyway. They will go after visiting women and local customers who they think they can pressurise into pleading guilty, certainly in small country towns.

It's a brave man who will stick to his guns for 8 or 12 hours in a room with detectives offering to "have a word with the judge and get you a suspended sentence if you plead guilty" versus making us do it the hard way. We'll make sure your wife finds out, you'll be in all the papers, you'll never see your kids again, you'll lose your house, we'll tell your boss, we'll get the Revenue to do a VAT audit of your company, we'll put you on the sex offenders register and on and on and on. The woman you went to see is going to admit you went there for sex so you might as well make it easy on yourself...

It's a brave and very tough woman who will sit there for 8 or 12 hours (possibly in a foreign country) while a big scary guard bangs the table and threatens to have her jailed, deported, child(ren) taken into care, home police force notified, stiff fine, name in the papers and on and on, while a friendly sympathetic female guard says "just testify against him, honey, and we'll get you a suspended sentence and a flight home, he doesn't care about you anyway and isn't your kid gorgeous..."

This is all fair and well, but it looks like the escorts will be busier doing out calls to the likes of travel lodge etc as it will be harder to prove if some guard came a knocking, As most likely it's the escorts premises which is being spied on. Myself I have been stopped once by the guards and it's not a nice scenario, but to be charged and named would be far worse, so girls if your caught with me I'm just saying you paid for my services! I wonder how that would turnout? Lol. As said earlier in a post it's going to be hard to prove unless your actually caught in the act!!!!

Another point is that the lady is not committing any offence.
Therefore would any sensible person go all the way to court and lie, while hoping the lady keeps quiet?

    I wouldn't.

The Norwegian Government did an Inquiry into this law and the Swedish police said they had a difficult time to catch punters and get evidence with indoor prostitution, as both sex worker and punter did not admit what was going on. It was also very resource intensive.

I am not entirely sure why they introduced the law in Norway, but they used it as a reason to clean up the streets and deport certain sex workers.

Of course it's hard to prove. The whole point is that they very rarely have to. A combination of fear of public shame and whatever other psychological pressure they can think of is usually enough. It's all about taking the low hanging fruit and scoring points.

I'm not sure whether refusing to provide your name and address to a Garda is an offence, (I'm pretty sure it is) but even if it isn't they'll just find something else to hold you on or charge you with in the meantime.

I did some checking... IANAL but the accepted wisdom seems to be that Guards have to have a reasonable suspicion that an offence has been committed. However, refusing to provide a name, address and date of birth can give rise to suspicion, and the Garda can then require you to provide them. Failure to do so is an offence.

So it's never a good idea.
