DAY 2
Starting Weight Loss =99.4kg
Weight loss Day 2 = 97.6kg
Total Lost = 1.8kg
Exercise =15 kilometres and 20 sit ups
Food = 1 bowl all bran and rice crispies mixed, 3/4 tub grapes, monkey nuts as snacks, 2 apples, 3 oranges and chicken just for dinner. Tea and water through out the day and now into the rest of the night
DAY 3
Starting Weight Loss = 99.4kg
Weight Loss Day 3 = 96.7kg
Total Lost= 2.7kg/ 5.9 Pounds
Exercise =10 kilometres
food= 1 bowl all bran/rice crispies mixed together. 2 toast with cheese. lots water and tea. 2 apples chicken sandwiches.

Food = Cornflakes. cheese toast x2. 1 can pepsi max. 2 apples. Dinner just wedges and monkey nuts here and there.
a little disappointed but it still went down and I guess the wedges and pepsi max didnt help. But day 5 is another day.
