Im going go start my tread here to keep a diary of how im doing. It b like something to keep me motivated lol.
Day 1= 99.4 kg in morning
Exercise= 12 kilometres cardio, 20 sit ups and 10 push ups.
Food= cornflakes 2 apples 3 oranges tea with half spoon
sugar 1 fillet chicken and nuts.
Weight = 89.7 kg
Total loss =0.7kg
