He probably thinks, becasue he is a "regular", the same rules dont apply to him. I think he needs a reality check and i guess now that hes banned, he's got it. I had a client coming at lunchtime today who I've met a good few times where he's been as good as gold but the last 3 bookings, he's cancelled at the last minute.
I'm not impressed, he's had his 3 strikes so he's now banned!
