I'm not twisting anything, you don't think he's guilty but a court of law with all the facts did.

Harsh? Yes because that's not the first ridiculously moronic statement on this subject from you. I suggest you contribute in a constructive, intelligent and knowledgable way. Or just don't!
I am. Don't have to agree with the lot of you tho.

If I go with a friend of a famous football player, most certainly I would not drink until I forget who I am.

Also, there is the thing a person can turn out to be different when the alcohol runs thru her/his veins than she/he is when sober.

Point is maybe she wanted to have sex with the fella she went into the room with, got drunk and changed her mind, or was too drunk to make up her mind. At that stage Evans was in the room.

Would have been different if she wasn't too drunk to defend herself, in which case, I would've condemn the fellas.

I don't have sympathy towards people who consume drugs and/or alcohol beyond their limit.

So now it's her fault for drinking?
    Silly question.

Certainly not my fault for her drinking.

He was convicted of rape, he's a rapist, simple.

Make sure to make a shampoo mohawk in the shower, otherwise it is a waste of time.

Not silly at all, just a quick way to find a hypocrite.

No one blamed you, but nobody deserves to be raped if they drink too much.

Ok, I understand what you're saying about the effects of alcohol, believe me I know how devastating alcohol abuse is. And like you I have great sympathy for those addicted to both drink and drugs. However, if a man has sex with a woman that's intoxicated to a level that's obvious to others (pissed out of her head) well that's rape!

Think of it hypothetically. You go back to a room with some guy you fancy, maybe because you're drunk and feeling full of devilment. Great everybody's happy. Guy sneaks out of room while you're sleepy and his overly aggressive friend enters the room. You're alone, drunk, sleepy and naked, with a man you've never met before. C,mon Rachel, don't lie, that's a horrible thought, and that's exactly what happened to that girl.

That's a scumbag who did that. I even think his wife is a weak person for standing by him. Probably doesn't know what she'd do without him.

No, it wasn't her room. She went back there with one man, another invited himself into the room. As I said before, not glorious behaviour on behalf of anyone but justifiably convicted and never given leave to appeal. Which tells you much more about the evidence than any amount of nonsense on social media. Of course a convicted rapist will be named. Do you, think he should get special treatment? Why? Anyone convicted of any crime can be named I'm afraid, unless a minor or connected to a minors case.

What is really amazing here is that a few " ladies " here can use this serious topic purely as a means to troll ,
I really cannot believe they are that brainless ,so my only comment to these " ladies " is - shame on you

    Oh please.

All the drama only because he is famous.

Each person has to take responsibility for own action.

I don't see many threads nor ye jumping around because people and children across the world drink dirty water, or they eat very poorly, or have no clothes and so on.
