I would say it is rather unlikely but not out of the question. I went into a McDonald's once with an escort so I can't say I bumped into her in there. We were only there for a couple of minutes as we were on our way to a Cocktail bar where we spent a couple of hours so I say you might be more likely to bump into someone who works as an escort is an establishment like that as they would tend to spend more time in them.
