Did your Insomnia start because of something specific that happened making you unable to sleep? If it is a Psychological thing, which is what I believe Insomnia to be, it will help to go back and try to relieve the anxiety that caused that intial sleeplessness. Change your belief patterns to help resolve the problem.

My body clock is absolutely fucked, being so the past year I'd say. I do be jonesing for my bed all day, come night time, I'm wide awake, full of energy. I once tried staying awake all night, going to work, then hopefully adjusting myself into a normal routine but nope, didn't work. Not only that but I got accused of smoking the ganja because I was all over the place in work due lack of sleep; red, itchy eyes, unfocused etc.

Hey
Sorry to hear that - the following day after a bad night you just want to crawl under a duvet /rock.
Anyway - yoga is a great for sleepless nights - it teaches you how to breathe and clear the brain of all the clutter that makes it spin and keeps you awake
Just may ha'pence worth
