Default What cost a glass of wine?

Okay you have spent 400 or 500 on a 2 hour appointment. All goes well and you ask politely for a drink to quench your thirst. And you get a glass of water. Yes it's happened to me a couple of times. I wonder if the girls know how they are shooting themselves in the foot by being so small minded and tight.

I always do now. I always thought it was a lovely touch to be offered a drink out of the blue. It's really a tip for the girls and not so much a whine (pardon the pun)

I take water no matter what. I wouldn't drink alcohol. I don't drink tea or coffee! One or two girls gave me a sweet. That's a nice touch I thought!

Sometimes it just automatically comes out if i'm asked do i want a drink i just say water. I had a lady jokingly say once how come you irish guys always go for the water ye must be very healthy and she had a choice of drinks. But mostly now i bring a bottle of wine with me.

When i receive bottles of wine i always ask if the person wants a drink.i don't drink when i work so i don't buy alcohol.if i have juice i offer juice if not water.
