1) misery needs company. Nobody wants to hang around with a "woe is me"
2) confidence is everything. Stop worrying about shagging the girl and focus on enjoying yourself. See point 1. Talk to the girl(s) as if you're not trying to get into their pants.
3) stop waking so much. Get a hobby or two to take your mind off it... which will in turn help with points 1 and 2 above.
