I agree with what the girls said, if you would like an early morning appointment best is to try and arrange it the night before. One of my lovely regulars loves morning sex and so do i. We always meet at 6: 30 am and have great fun but he contacts me always the night before. Otherwise, my phone would be on silent or turned off outside my working hours.

Own working arrangements are crazy at times , sometimes finish at 01.00 am but have never tried for an appointment at that time .maybe I should put a request in the requests section but doubt if there are any girls working at that hour and as I usually finish at 07.00 am never thought to ask anyone to see me at that hour

That's a fair point but will undoubtably lead to a lot of phone calls and probably disappointment.

If I was looking for an appointment late at night or early in the morning I would contact the lady well in advance arrange this. Just because a lady advertises 24 hours does not mean she will be up sitting by her phone 24 hours a day. It is an indication that she has no problem working during those hours once she has been given advanced notice.
