    Ljubljana in Slovenia and Dubrovnik in Croatia are both really beautiful and very romantic places.
    I've only been to them in the summer though so don't know what they're like any other time of the year.

    I love the Tuscan hill towns, Montepulciano for example. I was drinking a very smooth and elegant red wine from there only last night.

    this is what I miss
    It looks lovely. Hard to find anything like that in Ireland I'm afraid. Lough Derg is the closest thing that comes to mind, it's beautiful in early autumn along the Scarriff/ Mountshannon side.
