Excellent suggestions Libertarian. I have a suggestion (which should be welcomed [an appreciated] by most).

Keep said suggestions quiet and not post in the public forum.

The reason?

Because TORL (and persons working on their behalf) spend more time on this website than the average client does .

If they see any posts which detail methods by which Swedish-style Legislation can be made difficult to enforce, said posts will be used when drafting Legislation (or amendments to existing Legislation) which can be used to make Swedish-style Legislation even more severe.

Your point is taken and my suggestions above can be implemented easily as they would be impossible to police even if we turn back to The North Korea of sex again!
I am thinking worse case scenario, where the nut jobs get their way completely as per proposals already recommended! And want to help consensual adults out! Expect the Southern version of this insane law to be definitely more severe than The Northern insane version and that one comes from a society where savage atrocities were committed and people speak of their being 2 communities, it's so outside the tent of normality!
I have other ideas also, which I keep stum about!
RE the TORLER nutters spending more time on this site than most punters, it kind of dovetails with the notion that the most dangerous homophobes have been shown in experiments to be the most turned on by Gay Porn! There is definitely a self loathing aspect to their personalities in cases, but that fails into insignificance relative to their extreme dangerous mad hatred of sex workers, which is the main group, they are targeting with their evil insanity!

All these suggestions are great. I for one when I do finally drag myself back to Ireland, will use my UK number and invite gentlemen to send message to me via Whatsapp, or use Viber for voice calls. Done over data, no need for an Irish phone number. This of course will be difficult for some, but if they wish to punt, getting jiggy with technology is going to be the way forward. Kakao is another popular app used mainly in Asia for texting and VoIP calls.

Unfortunately it is unlikely to be the case in reality, they may pretend that a sex worker has been decriminalised when in reality a sex worker in almost every situation except in street solicitation and more than 2 working from the same apartment are fully decriminalised as it stands!
If you have a look at the recommendations of the Justice committee in the area last year - it's real frothing at the mouth stuff -
Subsume telephone numbers used in prostitution (advertising services) to the pigz to use for honeytraps or cancellation purposes putting the lives of sex workers at far greater risk than in any other country
Legally equate anybody downloading a site such as this one as a child molester downloading scenes of children being raped! This would impact on sex workers using site such as this for healthy and safety recommendations
Prosecuting any landlord or hotel owner as living under immoral earnings if their premises is used for commercial sex encounters - thus forcing all sex workers to ply their trade on the streets!
These type of laws, especially if there's even a hint of any of those insane beyond belief proposals, are about making sex workers suffer beyond believe and far more than any punter!

Frothing at the mouth insane and there is no way that those who supported those recommendations (it got unanimous support from all the assholes on the committee!) are fit in any way to hold any public office! It makes Lord Morrow look like a deeply concerned humanitarian!
