While it's really none of our business why a lady chooses to have a boob job. But i told once by a lady (non escort) the reason she had her breasts enhanced was so she could feel more feminine and to give her more confidence because before her surgery she was rather flat chested. But some ladies have their own reasons for having a boob job and who are we to question those reasons.

Ladies have boob jobs for self satisfaction, they feel the need to be more feminine and of course look better (in most cases) and of course there like a magnet to a man's eyes lol,so fair play too them if they feel the need to get them enhanced, it's there bodies and money

huge boobs, bigger than footballs on a slim lady does not appeal to me nor any of the guys I know, maybe it appeals to some guys, some do take it too far and can't get enough out in front, couldn't be good for the old back either, but as said it their money and their body so its up to them. Just my humble opinion
