they just set up in different country.
I wonder: will Lord Morrow, flushed with success in N Ireland, now try the same thing in Westminster—he is, after all, a member of the house of Lords. What's to stop him? Granted, a private bill introduced in the Lords without government backing is unlikely to succeed. And wouldn't there be gripes about N Ireland peers making laws for England?

Guards would be a lot more intelligent than you are assuming, how about this for there game plan,
1.They set up say 5 fake adverts with verified pics.
2.They create 50 or more fake profiles and review there own adverts here and there, giving a lot of credibility to those fake adverts.
I can see the following would work, obviously existing girls seeing regular clients will be harder to prove but I think the guards wont pursue this way as its simply to hard to prove in court, new girls are going to have to be vouched by existing girls as being genuine. Also possibly an idea which might help is if the escort gives the client a non advertised phone number at the end of first visit so if client wants to book her again at least if he is stopped on a street outside and grilled and phone numbers checked there would be no connection with an advertised number on EI

Maybe I am being alittle cautious but imagine a newspaper did what I suggested the guards did and handed a report with video footage etc on punters answering adverts to purchase sex, could they publish these photos with faces blurred of clients,as a punter you will really have to have done your homework if we are visiting any new escort.
The Guards will know that if they have just a few successful sting operations with successful prosecutions would be enough to seriously damage the business and put a lot of men off buying sex...
I really can't see it happening so soon after the last fiasco. Harriet Harman and gang went absolutely crazy to try and get the Swedish model through. They ordered 'Pentameter 2' and there were raids left, right and center to find those 80,000 trafficked victims they were bleating on about. The reality was there was hardly any:
http://www.theguardian.com/uk/2009/o...-enquiry-fails
They had numerous RadFems involved (funded) to back their case.
They also did the morris polls which unfortunately for them went against them with the public not supporting the Swedish model. So thankfully it did not go through which was the sane thing to do in the first place. Instead they had just used so much money to try and find the non-existing sex slaves just because of their own personal opinions on prostitution.
Watching the vote last night and seeing the public polls, there are some differences here..
One, the public poll was very much in favour of the bill which I can only put down to religious reasons. What really surprised me was that the main age range supporting the bill was so young. I always thought the young should be more open-minded and have more tolerance in general and I think that is kind of sad.
Two, the two main parties, DUP and Sinn Fein all voted exactly the same. There is no individuality within the parties. That is just such a herd mentality if I have ever seen one - this to me reads main bullies plus sheep. The ones who opposed it came across as such sane individuals willing to oppose bullies for the common good. A very good trait in a human being. Shame you have so few of them in the Northern Irish government as you could use some more!

I think the support amongst younger people is a reflection of the age range of men who visit escorts, who are generally, I'm guessing, a little older ....30s plus. Younger people going out to pubs & clubs having sex with people they meet this way just assume this will continue till they get married and live happily ever after, they haven't experienced many of the reasons men visit escorts.
