It all depends on the next stage. In Sweden and Norway they heavily rely on wiretapping so am interested in the next stage and how they implement it. They can't wiretap as it's very rare to do for republican and loyalist terrorist groups, so I have my doubts that they will introduce laws which will include wiretapping.

Does anyone here know about entrapment laws in NI as that might be useful too?

Passing a law and enforcing a law are two different things and to be honest to actually prove you've handed over money for services is going to need a lot of enforcing and man power, at first it will affect or mentality more but as you know we don't think with our brains! We are driven by our dicks, so hopefully we will be able to find a loop hole and exploit it?

This is a religiously motivated law.

It is also a bill drawn up by Lord Morrow et al who have no knowledge of what he is trying to prohibit.

It is unfortunate that DUP and Sinn Fein can agree on nothing except on their shared religious prejudices. If the same attitude of cooperation existed in other fields, the North would be a better place.

A wider concern is where it will lead with regard to codifying more religious belief and prejudice into law.

If this law gets passed and its still got a way to go to get on to the statute books then the tricky part is to enforce it. They have already admitted during the debate that they cannot use phone tapping in NI for this, its not legal in this circumstance. Its a hard job (pardon the pun) for the PSNI to prove you paid the lady for sex unless they catch you in the act of handing over the money. They cant set up a sting as that's entrapment.

The smart way will be for the ladies to carry on advertising their services as companionship and time and anything else is between consenting adults. No chat over the phone about sexual acts. Punters turn up with cash in an envelope that is left for the lady in a discrete location and she does not touch it when the client is in the room. Punter goes to bathroom to freshen up and lady removes envelope for safe keeping.

Additional strategies to keep her safe would be to meet the client dressed in normal clothes, bring them in, have a chat for a few minutes. If its a law enforcement officer they must reveal that fact with the first few minutes or else its entrapment. Once the envelope has been produced and the client goes to the bathroom then the lady can change into something more comfortable.

There are plenty of legal minds who use this site from both the law enforcement agencies, border agency, judiciary etc who can give advice. They like sex with a willing lady just as much as the next guy and have the money to pay for it.

This site is hosted in Spain. Moreover, it operates in Norway and Sweden now, where this model has been in place for years. Very little will change in that respect.

In Sweden and Norway arrests are made by following clients. The police there put the hotel or apartment under surveillance and arrest the men as they are going in. They do not have to catch you in the act. The punishment is usually a fine. The task force there are known as the 'Cunt hunters' The other main way the Swedish law works is via harassment of the escorts. They are visited in their accommodation to check on their safety....naturally after that they are usually asked to leave their accommodation as the hotel an be prosecuted. A private landlord will usually be threatened with the same, resulting in the escort being asked to leave. So no, what we do there isn't illegal as such, but they don't actually have to allow us to do it.

As I've worked in Scandanavia and plan to do so again all I can say is it's a little bit cat and mouse but there are lots more mice than cats.
