Look lads it's the Irish way - talk around the subject for ages and do the cheapest most effective solution - they don't care about the girls or the clients- by bringing in the law they want to scare away the average punter and thus decimate the industry in Ireland - simple - probably will invest enough resources to doa few prosecutions ! Yes i agree it will evolve...
-all efforts should be made to expose traffickers, pimps.
-The current system just has not done that effectively
But
-Women have always selected men who provide security be that marrage or escorting, massage services etc

-Better way to eliminate trafficking pimping etc
-Another system to effectively exchange time and companionship for security

The problem is this is fundamentally a conservative country
The truth is the "system" does not protect enough against trafficting and something needs to be done
While there is a need to be extra vigilante against pimps and trafficking then is also a need
