That is it! And it will work to a degree foe awhile anyway

This is also what I've imagined their thinking on the subject to be. If this legislation does go through, they will almost undoubtedly 'make an example' of a few very unlucky gents (and ladies too), making sure the cameras are there as they're marched out of the apartment after being caught 'with their pants down'-- both figuratively and literally. There will news coverage of the court proceedings and sentencing as well, all to get the message out that this is what could happen to YOU the punter, should you choose to go visit escorts. The supports of the TORL campaign will demand at least this much be done after/if the legislation goes through to make their demands 'justified' in their own warped minds.

escorts themselves are going to be decriminalised (even 10 working together)?
mini-buses full of girls doing outcalls and mega brothels under the radar?

Yes i agree it will evolve...
-all efforts should be made to expose traffickers, pimps.
-The current system just has not done that effectively
    But
-Women have always selected men who provide security be that marrage or escorting, massage services etc
    Solution
-Better way to eliminate trafficking pimping etc
-Another system to effectively exchange time and companionship for security

Its all about them trying to show they are actually doing something while drawing the public's attention away from the more serious matters that they are failing miserably at.

The quality of ideas are pretty poor...
Forget wbout whinging about the politicians etc. we elect them after all
The problem is this is fundamentally a conservative country
The truth is the "system" does not protect enough against trafficting and something needs to be done
While there is a need to be extra vigilante against pimps and trafficking then is also a need
To continue providing good "massage/ time and companinship services"
Black book idea nonsense in this day and age
Escort-ireland which has made a fortune during the good times should show some leadership
1 better systems for detecting traffiicking/abuse/pimping
2 Start releasing New functionality for new scenario
