ln the treads question ....yes....to be honest l think it has to be hot sweaty sticky sex but of course you're as clean as a whistle before you start.....but if anyone wants to really sweat without sex try Bikram yoga .....it's done in a room with 40 degree heat...it's unreal ..the sweat just runs outta ya like someone turned on a tap..but absolutely brilliant..l would highly recommend it.......for lots of reasons.....
