i hit a brick wall and gone into lazy shit mode
but i did enjoy my cycling up the mountains the last few weeks , i dont do walking id do hiking , i can run\jog that far but assume that would be best for workout though
i used to cycle but as yamser said i hit a brick wall and stopped
I go forn a good brisk walk, I was a sprinter so could never hack jogging plus its not great for the joints pounding on hard roads.
I tell you a good hour with Maya is a good cardio work out

i go cycling on a exercises bike for 30 mins
lately i do 50 mins because i am just eating every thing at the moment

Swim , surf , fall off ,repeat all weekend .
No surf ,then bike 100 km
Repeat till the day I die , no slacking
Throw in a good shag or two every week and life's good .

boxing definitely the best cardio went off it because it got boring but i joined a club so now i'm more motivated
