I tend to use babe and sweetheart quite alot or i'll say hi gorgeous. But sometimes just useing the ladies name is best.

A guy I've never met before who isn't my boyfriend calling me baby kinda makes me cringe! I don't mind them calling me my actual name or babe or hunni or whatever but not baby!

If in doubt, just call the girl by her name....nobody will have an issue with that.

I do admit feeling awkward calling the Lady by her "name", as I know it's a fake name. So I tend to use "Beautiful", "Darling"...etc.

Probably silly of me, but can't change the awkwardness.

Also hate the word "Baby" being used...
