I'm in and out of hotels all the time but not to visit escorts, except when well away from home. People meet up in hotels all the time for all sort of reasons and its quite common for them to phone from reception. I have often walked up to reception and asked if there were any messages for me and then taken out my mobile and made a call to a guest before meeting them in their room or the bar.

I am not in the habit of posting comments on the forum but I just want to give my thoughts on this.
I have always given the following advice.

    1. Follow the instructions given by the Escort - do NOT repeat anything she says. You have to look like you know where you are going. I personally do not text my room number – I do not trust a client unless I have met them before.
    2. If it helps stay on the phone or pretend you are talking to someone or text as you are walking into the hotel reception. Nobody will bother you if you are on the phone.
    3. Go to the bar or the toilet if you feel uncomfortable – to the bar to pretend you're looking for someone or the toilet for obvious reasons & just for a diversion.
    4. If anyone questions why you are there (not that this is likely to happen) - just say you are meeting or looking for your friend. You can even say you are considering the hotel as a venue for a wedding or party or whatever & just looking around.
    5. Highly unlikely but if they ask what room number the friend is in, obviously do NOT give the Escort room number if you know it -just give a random number. If the hotel wants to investigate further you can say you must have got the wrong room. If they ask who you are seeing again just give a random name. You can always say you got the wrong hotel.
    5. Be dressed either in a suit like a businessman so you could be going to a meeting or in smart casual wear.
(you are more likely to be noticed if you are a) dressed in your work clothes or wearing a tracksuit b) physically handicapped c) of ethnic minority d) if you have had an injury & noticeably covered in bandage) - hope this doesn't offend anyone but my guess is that hotel staff will notice people who stand out from the usual hotel guests.
6.It is far more important for the escort to give clear directions so the client knows exactly where to go so it looks like he has a right to be there. There is nothing worst than a client who wanders the corridors looking at door numbers or worst still phoning up outside the lift saying 'what number are you?' - you never know who will see or hear you. Always fake ignorance if someone questions you. Go & knock on the wrong door if you feel someone is watching you....that way you can just apologise & leave.

    Hope that helps.

Has anyone ever been stopped and questioned by hotel staff when visiting an escort?

Hotels are at least easy to find no walking around trying to follow cryptic directions, easy parking and a reliable shower

    No.
Had an interesting encounter with the Guards on one occasion, but that is another story.

Never been questioned by staff at a hotel. If I am not familiar with the hotel I always head for the bar.
If anyone asks, I would tell them I was going to the bar.

So what do you do in the situation where the hotel lift is keycard activated?
I notice this a lot more in staying in hotels in recent years.......security issue obviously but poses the added fear of gladly getting to the lift unscathed and then noticing the feckin thing.....requiring a steady reversal!
Always do a bit of recon beforehand if possible (or ask the lady etc)

I prefer hotels to apartments, its a lot safer!
like someone mentioned the girl would give u a car park spot (number)
then walk in casually, then dive towards the stairs/lift (casually) like u are meant to be there, its cool !

Lol, say u are looking at the hotel as a venue for a wedding or party - that would led a lot of other questions. It's a hotel, I don't know what all the fuzz is about. Go the lifts push the button and get out of the floor u where told.
You don't have to pursue the wedding/party enquiry. Just say you don't have time today or that it is not what you are looking for & move on. I was merely giving a get-out clause just in case anyone asks - at least you will not be stumbling for an answer. Not all guys are like you with the confidence to go in any hotel.
I totally agree with you - just go to the lift - push button & go to the right floor -just simply follow instructions. I personally don't see what the big deal as a hotel has people coming & going all the time -just don't act like you shouldn't be there otherwise you draw attention to yourself. Most escorts choose a busy hotel that has underground parking or one with more than one entrance/exit to avoid the receptions so that does help. However as we all know there are some people who get paranoid so I am just giving some suggestions to make it a little easier.
