What is considered "basic service"?

I've read reviews of escorts and the person sometimes says something along the lines of "her rates are for the basic service only". What does this mean? Is there a checklist of favourites that are considered basic. The ones I'm interested in are kissing, owo and reverse oral. Can anyone shed some light on this, please?

“Basic” is like “nice”, we all know what it means, but they are words that don’t convey much meaning.
Basic can be used by someone who lacks the verbal skills to use a better word, or because someone does not want to be very precise (or explicit).

For err, our purposes, it usually means brief covered oral, and then sex (not very imaginative, or too many positions) and then out. Reverse oral, maybe, kissing and owo very unlikely.
