Okay, I am going to the same hairdresser since I was 10.I booked a time for yesterday 11.30am.
Booking was made from weeks ago, and confirmed every day since Monday.
Reasons
1 . They used to be busy.
2. I wanted to keep my booking as I was going to leave the country in the afternoon, so I had to be done before 7 pm
3. Because I hate to wait.

So, I got there 20 min before, and I still had to wait till 1 pm for them to put the colour on my hair.
Another 40 mins to wash and dry.

I had to wait for 3 hours more to get my hair cut, because was busy.

I hate so much unprofessionalism.ffs got there at 11.10 and I left a bit after 8 pm.

happened something similar to me few times.
First i went for ages in to my swedish hairdresser at home in Tenerife, but once she left her 17years daughter to make my hair (she was still learning for to be hairdresser) as she was too busy (even when i had appointment), it was not 100% happy and she charged me the full price like every time.
I stopped to go there.
Since then i found one ukrainian hairdresser, she changed maybe 5places since i visit her, now she has her own saloon, but i have to wait almost everytime, as i know that, i bring my iPad with me and reply my emails, PM´s, messages etc, so problem solved (i dont care if i reply my emails at hairdresser or at home).

So my recommendation for the next time: bring something with you what occupy your time ;-)
Book, iPad, sewing, knitting, crochet, painting etc.
