I only take bookings with a phone call, never a text unless it's someone I know because I need to actually hear their voice before inviting them into my house. Well I PM'ed her a few times first, as I was quite nervous about calling right away, but PM's can be very slow and obviously I'm a total newbie so she was probably very sceptical of me being a potential time waster, which is perfectly understandable.
