Yes they should give a standard business reply and not judge you for being married. It does depend I suppose on what your emailing them? There is no need to tell them your married.

The most common are, the client is very inexperienced or is very shy so finds it hard to pull women. Some don't have time for relationships, some don't want the hassle of relationships. Some just like to sleep with women who would normally be out of their league. The list goes on x
