Question Stick to an appointment time, else call to change the time that you had booked for.

Can anyone help me how to deal with this situation. A punter calls you at 2p.m to make an appointment for 4p.m.Also ask you a bit of an idea how to find you. You give him a mark point and tell him to confirm his booking 20mins before his appointment to be sure that he is going aheard. Then you agree on that decision. 10 minutes later he rings you and tell you that lam her now where do l go.? At that time you may have been out or having your lunch and you were not expecting him to show up in that 10 minutes as he made an appointment for 4p.m.All he will say is, l decided to come earlier and lam here now. Should l break my legs running around to meet him or leave my dinner getting cold to meet him or can l just move on with what lam doing at that time that l wasn't expecting him?

Tell the dingbat to stick to the agreed schedule. You can't show up for the appointment 2 hours early and expect the escort to be ready and waiting for you.

Natasha, is this your receptionist asking the road she already knows as when do you ask advice or accept advice from us mere mortals. Whats the big deal anyway, can't you finish you lunch and dinner in one sitting, your gob is big enough to complete that task with ease anyway. As long as you don't break the clients legs we are happy
    Good luck Babe

You have no clue what you are talking about. This has nothing to do with your leaving behind your ass.

it's just a simple advice, but if you mix the past and the new topic you are just moving old fashion style. All l need is just an advice not to answer my question over the past topic to what lam on about. We can't leave over the past as things changes day by day.
