    I would recommend learning about CBT (cognitive-behavioural-therapy)

    This helos you to recognise the signs when you are beginning to slide into it and "talk" your self out of it.
    Its about recognising your triggers and learning how to control it, rather than it control you

    Don't be ashamed about asking for help. It s more common than you think or many people will admit to

    The brain is an incredibly complex organ, its bound to have problems at some stage.

    Some people unfortunately can only recognise physical ailments like bleeding etc.
    They don't even think that the mind with all its chemicals and pathways can malfunction

    talk to a doc. Don't suffer in silence,
