On swallowing: The idea is appealing, but no matter how horny I am, If I get a taste of precum, I stop. I cannot stand the taste of jizz.

Ok, its the likes of this reply above from wingman that is one of the roots of where my worries are actually...the fact there's people out there with vague ideas going on in their heads on the chances of contracting HIV from OWO....instead of thinking "mmmm I'd be unlucky to catch during oral...sure Im tip top fit superman" he should be thinking "mmmm okay I've got a (understood statistically proven)% chance of contracting it if I don't use protection

I'm sure you do and I wasn't accusing you of anything less...your reply failed to mention anything more specific...you hadn't answered my questions...my point was irrespective of how fit you are you expose yourself to risk if you opt to go OWO...and there's he obv knock on effect for everyone else in that. Damaging yourself in OWO isn't unlucky. Oh and no need for the insults, they have no affect one way or the other

I haven't read this thread through so my reply refers to the OP alone.

For me this is not a tough question.

If I had suspicious that an escort I was considering being intimate with was HIV positive, there is no way on Gods green earth that I would proceed with the intimacy.... Of that I am 1000% certain.

It would become a more changing question for me if the person with HIV was a wife / husband/ partner whom I loved deeply but not at all when it is a casual relationship such as that of client and escort.

I don't know how you would suspect an escort was HIV positive, but someone who has this dreadful virus should not be working in this profession and I would advise him / her to give up the job.

So my answer is NO............. I would never see an escort whom I suspected was HIV positive.

what is HIV when you think about it. HIV has become a symbol of almost fear and shame. If someone was known to be HIV+ they would almost be treated like a sex offender. Part of the reason is because people see HIV the symbol rather than actually what it is.

HIV+ basically means your white blood T4 lymphocytes which normally would be constantly defending your body from diseases are rendered ineffective. The HIV virus as got into the white blood cell and negated its ability to defeat pathogens. People dont see it that way. HIV is some monstrous disease that you simply cant have.

Its the same with cancer. Cancer is just cells reproducing out of control. Yet cancer has become a symbol of fear and panic. Its symbol is greater than it itself actually is

with the drugs you can live till the normal age. Its not the death sentence it once was. But still there is unwarranted fear associated with it.

I do not think there is unwarranted fear

Generally your life expectancy will be lowered by some amount

be prepared to be when on the medication to be tired all the time and always know where nearest tiolet is located.
Drugs very expensive, side effects, problems having children, health insurance, living in some countries, doing some jobs, always be careful with cuts, any nosebleeds etc,

My general point is that its a very serious condition that you should not expose yourself too
