tie & tease

how does this work? is 30 min sufficient? how would such a session evolve ?

Its exactly whats tie and tease about . first you feel you loose the control ....why do u think tie and tease is considered part of light Domination? Domination not means only pain humiliation etc, but means control. Being tied up u feel u loose the control and the other person(your partner) take control over your body. Everything what can cross your mind , expectations or fear about something(like u described) increase the sensations
