    I have a mate like that yeah you have a 6 pack but ye got a bird chest and arms like a girl whats the point I like a bit of bulk and strength not worth losing all that for a 6 pack

    Only eat 1 or two slices at most a day as its bad overall, trying to cut down on the potatoes as taking too much carbs but damn I love my spuds

    I swapped one six pack for another, got some definition now but bloody hard work

    That Six-pack shortcuts guy, Mike Chang is such a hack. Always trying to push useless supplements and over priced gimicky training dvds. He's a joke in the fitness community but makes a ton of money preying on people who are foolish enough to believe there are 'shortcuts' to getting in shape.

    A good healthy diet and sensible exercise is the secret to staying in shape. pills don,t worth except for the chemical companies
