I would normally thank a gent after an appointment and I would kind of expect him to know when he leaves that I got on with him and would love to meet him again.
I'm not saying it's wrong to pm people at all I'm just saying that I wouldn't feel right doing it. I think that there is some element of concern on the part of escorts that they have to be more than careful when sending PMs to guys for fear that the client misinterprets these messages as some personal interest by the girl in the guy. I know what you mean but lets face it — it is all part of the fantasy we just paid for. Part of their objective is to make us feel good and take us out of our mundane world and into a fantasy world. They will tell us what they think we want to hear. I don't have a problem with this.

Sure, it comes down to money at the end of the day but at the same time you can often sense when a lady is actually happy to be with you of just gets on with you. If they don't like you or really do not want to be with you they will either tell you or block your number.

We have heard on here of lads who "can't get through" to an escort for days on end. I was with one lady recently who said she didn't have the best of a day as she had to tell a client that she didn't want to see him again. She had her reasons but while she didn't like doing it, she had to tell him.

Basically, if they don't like you then you won't get to see them again so when they say "I'd love to see you again" (and my money) I know that they do want to see me and I have not done anything to either annoy or upset them.
