As we all know, many of us enjoy a good steak and the nice thick chips.
But here is something I didn't know about a good steak.

Did you know that when you have frozen the steak, cooking a steak from frozen is much better than cooking it after you have thawed it first.

I now myself will do this if I have a chunky frozen steak tucked away in the freezer.
