Paranoia over health issues

Its the case with OWO there is exposure, the previous poster who concluded that it was low risk as he has not caught anything yet is playing with fire

I have covered this issue in some of my previous posts; however two headline points,
(1) previous client gets owo, you are next with owo, you are exposed to previous client and escort across a range of virus and bacteria
(2) even the most to date HIV test does not cover the last 28 days, so someone says they are tested on a regular basis must state this caveat, in saying that owo is low risk for HIV, quite low but possible.

the thing is some of these diseases and infections are very dangerous and the last thing on a persons mind would be the inability of doing their favs.

Does anyone have a paranoia or excessive fear over catching or transmitting something to an escort that prevented them from performing some favs? I know that excessive caution is required for this line of business but for me, having a medical background which feeds my paranoia, know that even kissing possesses the possibilities to transmit many diseases. So in regards to kissing and oral sex for example, how does the client/ escort know that their mouths are free from organisms of Herpes, HPV, Syphilis, ect. Should first timers get tested before their first visit? And what about HPV for which there's no viable test?

If you have a medical background, instead of focusing on the pathology, focus on the epidemiology. As humans we are bad at assessing risk and we are disproportionately risk averse. Many STIs are quite hard to catch and the ones that are not hard to catch tend to be minor and/or curable. Im not saying don't play safe, im just saying it does not make sense to turn into Howard Hughes.
