yep, I was a really scrawny kid got bullied alot so I lifted at home didn't have a clue what I was doing hence bad shoulders now ,food definitely gives you energy ,no expert at all but theres loads of stuff on the internet and guys out there that can help obviously guys bullshit you in the gym but some of it is useful
I eat well and cycle now where I used to take the car I now, weather permitting take the bike.
