    Weights are always good. The increased muscle mass means it speeds up your metabolism.
    Milk is a good cheap form of protein if you don't fancy protein shakes.

    far from it lad I do the bare minimum cardio wise I still have alot fat I want to lose I like the weightlifting and the pump you get but I have bad shoulders from it now I have to force myself to stop because of fecking pains and niggles

    you mean you got bad shoulders from weightliftin, surely this will go away in time, i'm to auld for weights, get plantly of that from liftin bales of hay in the field but will walk and try to ride the bike and eat less to see how tha wil go

    yep, I was a really scrawny kid got bullied alot so I lifted at home didn't have a clue what I was doing hence bad shoulders now ,food definitely gives you energy ,no expert at all but theres loads of stuff on the internet and guys out there that can help obviously guys bullshit you in the gym but some of it is useful

    thanks but that me problem its dificult to respect meal times, get i tire out very quickely with the ladys and i know there disappointed to but alot of weight to loss so wil try

    I eat well and cycle now where I used to take the car I now, weather permitting take the bike.

    its gud stuff i hear and gud if ya get very tyred wile drivin but must be very fattinin if on it al the time
