You should download the My fitness pal app onto your phone. That way you can monitor exactly how many calories you are eating a day and also put in how much excercise you do a day and it will tell you how much you will lose at a certain date.
Very effective for monitoring what your eating.

So been eating more healthy lately , I dropped my one magnum after dinner and my half a cheesecake on the weekend
ive gone to the gym more and done pushups and situps at home and weights
last time I checked I was 92 kilo then today 91 kilo
its progress a long way to go but still going in the right direction
now to quit smokes and get out running ( very self concious about running)
Every new year I give up something I really like and that's bad for me,
So far I have given up ice cream, chocolates, sweets, biscuits and this year crisps, it has been very difficult at times but have managed to overcome my cravings so far.
I suggest waiting to the New Year if you cant manage it now and maybe get a family member or friend to go in with you as then you won't have to go it alone and it also gives you that added boost and willpower...good luck with it
I have the problem I go too fast and I have to slow down or its a short appointment haha ,just do exercises that will help you like push ups for missionary gives you strong arms chest and hip trusts for doggy and so on and start walking what I do is walk ,jog ,sprint for a few seconds and then again and again.... I hate long boring runs
