It's refreshing to give my mind and body over to other pursuits : sports , Spa - meditation , adventure travel ,

cultural / intellectual pursuits xx

Walk around strange new cities , discover unknown corners of the world on my own , without having to consider a

partner's needs and wants.

Rock climbing , mountaineering , horseback riding , all so encompassing ! Or even a beach holiday -- it's all about

me me me ! At rest x

All the more energy and hunger when I return each time , to Dub
