    Fry once a week...rare enough to appreciate it, often enough to maximise total pleasure intake.

    It was some protein shake. They telling you having it as a meal replacement. I would be starving, so always topping it up with some meaty fruit - avocado, banana, the like.

    Scrambled eggs every Sunday morning without fail for years Yummy.

    Most days though its the healthy option !

    Scrambled eggs with some tomato. And lots of mushrooms if available

    Scrambled eggs with grated cheese mixed in before cooking, Hafners sausages, maple bacon, mushrooms,potato & soda bread all washed down with a big mug of tea, BLISS!!!!
