The way I see it the request to use one would come from the client and not the Escort, as it is the client who would be trying to 'play safe' while giving oral, as he is the one exposing himself to fluids. I don't think they do an awful lot to protect the lady unless he has a cold sore and I'm afraid I would cancel if a client came to me with a cold sore, as we wouldn't be able to kiss and that is important to me.
