Most ladies are excellent at putting on condoms - after all it is their interest as well to make sure it is done right.

Very true - but some of the biggest problems arise from trying to open the packed in the first place!

thats right, most use their teeth to open pack, I notice some escorts use very thick condoms, heavy rubber and are difficult to get on and sore as well

I've met a few escorts that put condoms on inside out, they stretch the condom, put their fingers inside the condom and unroll the condom over the penis, with the roll on the inside. The last time an escort did this, the condom stayed in her when she jumped off me. The only other time a condom came off mid act, was when an escort put lube inside the condom.

I don't know, but that same week there was one of those sex ed programs on tv, and they did the exact same. (I might still have it on the skybox)

I can not see the logic of putting lube inside the condom - that is looking for trouble IMO
