Some people choose to cover their face for privacy reasons maybe the media can change your mind very quickly to not show your face as these images have been used. Over and above that I visit small towns and wouldn't like to be recognised while out.

And therefore I think it's far safer for an escort to blur her face. There are subtle ways of doing this - as seen in some profiles where you can just make out the outline of the lady's face and get a perception of her beauty but not enough to be able to recognize her on the street.
