I agree to the extent where the lovy duvvy lark does not belong here but I myself think a bit of flirtation and chat can ignite a meeting , only recently iv met up with a girl that iv never really gave much thought too since I joined until a simple comment on a picture lead to some "banter" in PM followed up by a truly great hour ..
